Lead - Collection Systems - NBFC

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure successful implementation of the Collection Digitization project and Collection Data Mart to automate the end-to-end Collection journey and improve efficiency and effectiveness as per the set timelines.

- Implement strategies for digitizing the collection ecosystem.

- Identify and address multiple complex pain areas and problem statements within the collection process, translating them into practical solutions for project execution.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and partners on cross functional projects and regulatory initiatives.

- Implement Collection technology initiatives in a timely manner.

- Identify, evaluate and engage with external vendors / Fintech partners to bring in the latest technologies and innovative solutions to reduce human touch points.

- Increase adoption and usage of digital collection initiatives, driving organizational change and maximizing the benefits of digitization efforts.

- Monitor the performance of projects against targets, taking proactive measures to address deviations and optimize results.

- Develop and implement a customer-centric collections approach that prioritizes customer experience.

- Design systems workflows to improve turnaround time by reducing manual intervention.

- Continuously review and improve collections workflows, leveraging digital technologies to enhance compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Effective management around prevention, detection, response/mitigation, governance, reporting and awareness.

- Ensuring that policies and process standards and program documents are approved within the timelines.

- Building a regulator and compliance conformance at the design stage of policies and covering the same in the respective process standards and control framework and testing.
