Experience: 12+ years of work experience in collections strategy, risk management, or related roles within the retail or financial services industry.

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

- Strategy Development: Create and carry out all-encompassing collection strategies that complement the aims and objectives of the business.

- Examine market trends and portfolio performance to find areas where collections' efficacy and efficiency can be increased.

- Establish a framework for tracking and evaluating the accomplishment of projects and strategies related to collecting.

- Segment consumers using data analytics, then adjust your collection tactics accordingly.

- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as operational effectiveness, delinquency trends, and recovery rates. Provide senior leadership with conclusions and suggestions to help in decision-making.

- Review and tweak rules and procedures for collections on a regular basis to improve client satisfaction and maximize results.

- Work together with the operations and IT departments to put technology solutions into place that enhance data management and expedite gathering procedures.
