1. Develop Collection scorecards for early and later buckets. 2. Monitoring and re-calibration of all models from time to time. 3. Work on Projection Modules based on Scorecard and the Projection Module developed by Bureaus. 4. Create a Collection Dashboard detailing the critical parameters being driven by collections. 5. Develop all critical reports on SAS/any other available tool so that the same can be viewed by the collection team. 6. Create linkages of Business and Collections and identify arrears and segments and provide inputs to the policy team. - Relevant experience in Financial Services/Banking with direct experience in managing collection risk management for retail assets. - Knowledge of tools such as SAS and Excel at an advanced level to manipulate and interrogate data, and will be expected to apply commercial acumen to interpret their results and produce actionable recommendations. - The ability to interpret complex data and apply advanced numerical techniques is key, and familiarity with statistical methods is expected Experience into collection scorecard model is MUST
