Hiring For: Well funded Conversational-AI focused B2B SaaS product company Job Title: Lead Cloud Technical Architect Experience: 10+ years with a minimum of 4+ years as Cloud Architect Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru Reporting: Sr. VP Ops & Tech Job Responsibilities: - Architect the company's SaaS products and help to design the architecture components and microservices - Assess emerging business problems and system needs, identify and build architectural enablers wherever needed - Establish, design, oversee DevOps processes for development and deployment of the product - Manage and oversee public cloud accounts - Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to assure alignment with technical blueprints, standards, solutions, and strategies - Actively learn and apply new technologies through iteration - Collaborate with team members to determine and define best practices - Providing technical guidance to the development team, mentoring and guiding engineers, and being a role model for technical excellence Knowledge: - Knowledge of containers and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes - Solid understanding of cloud security principles - Knowledge on optimizing costs for cloud products - Education in software engineering or computer science - Web based technologies or JavaScript frameworks, Node.js and TypeScript - Securing APIs with JWT, SCIM, OpenID and OAUTH - AWS cloud services Key skills & Experience: - 10+ years in SaaS products, and more than 4 years of experience and technical expertise as a Cloud Architect - Must have prior experience as a full stack engineer, for both server and client-side applications, and a track record of building and maintaining highly scalable distributed systems - Should have designed at least one complex, scalable, high-performance, cloud-based software system that has been successfully delivered - Ability to solve complex problems with simple and elegant solutions - Object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills - Modern programming language, preferably Java - CI/CD processes implementation
