Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical impediments to transactions. - Take responsibility for technical aspects of solutions to include such activities as supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work and the coordination of supporting technical resources. - Develop solution architecture using contemporary server-side technologies and/or cloud service provider such as AWS / Azure using techniques to include whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and RFI/RFP response documents. Mandatory Technical skills: - Experience in architecting and running applications in a hybrid and/or multi-cloud environment. - Strong understanding and practical knowledge Multitenant, multi-region distributed applications and the services which power them. - Good understanding of DevOps technologies and processes related to cloud solutions would be an added advantage. - Must have strong knowledge of hands-on implementation of various AWS / Azure components like EC2, Resource groups, Elastic Container Service, Auto Scaling, Batch, Lambda, Azure functions, S3, EBS, Elastic File System, Glacier, RDS, Elasticache, VPC, ELB, Route 53, Cosmos DB, Security center, Azure DevOps, Azure Sentinel etc. - Exposure to Azure AI/ML stack. - Exposure / Understanding of all clouds like AWS, Azure, GCP, Rack space, Heroku etc. Some other expectations are: - Sound understanding of complex technology products &amp; able to comfortably learn about new ones. - Clear and effective communication skills to articulate strategic recommendations to executive management, architects, and development partners, driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through. - Solid foundation in troubleshooting and driving to resolution technical integration issues across various platforms. - Desire to mentor and support team members across the organization and provide ongoing knowledge transfers relating technology evolution, troubleshooting techniques, and automation. - Be a self - starter who can anticipate business needs and fulfil on them in a proactive manner. - Continued study of emerging technologies and industry directions. - Travel to customer sites and conferences as required. Qualification: - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, or other relevant degree. - 16+ years of industry experience in delivering projects/produce. Personal Skills: - Good blend of technical skills and business acumen. - Ability to plan activities meticulously, identifying dependencies and proactively work towards resolution. - Good communication skills to crisply and accurately report program status. - Positive attitude, Self-starter, self-motivated. - Capable of taking responsibility for tasks and ensuring a successful outcome. - Able to contribute to the work of a team while being motivated to work day to day on individual tasks. - Independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. - Independently determines methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
