Client Relationship Lead - Niche Consulting Firm

Client Relationship Manager carries revenue responsibility for renewal of a minimum expected number of members. The role includes

1. Engage with clients:

- Drive participation at industry events through widespread and continuous outreach via email and phone to the memer base. Communication skills and high energy are key here.

- Engage in one-on-one meetings with existing client bases with a view to strengthening associations as well as upselling other similar events. Setting up appointments for oneself as well as for senior management team is a clear expectation.

- Run consistent and ongoing assessments of the existing member databases to identify how newly inducted clients are engaging at one level and with older clients at another. A strong eye for detail and the ability to engage with over a 100-150 top industry leaders .

- Strong database oriented skills to work on the CRM system

- Give continual feedback on the organised events and taking initiatives as needed through meetings, senior leadership engagement and active intervention to gain session participation etc are expected.

2. Lead operational excellence:

- Execute sessions across India. This includes liaison with hotels, ensuring member attendance, mailing of meeting invitations, telephone follow-up for attendance both by members and potential clients, requisite reconfirmations etc.

- Creation of meeting collateral, preparation and printing of session documentation etc are all a part of the responsibility.

- Selling the annual conclaves to its membership is a core part of the client relationship deliverable. This involves strong follow up on all elements related to customer participation.

3. Upselling :

- A strong understanding of the entire portfolio of services to cross-sell other products and services. These initiatives are strong revenue drivers and include syndicated, proprietary research practice and projects as well as independent research reports on key subjects.
