City Operations Lead

Core Areas : Warehouse / Store operations, Last mile operations, Process Design , Team Management, Training & Development

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate; 4-6 years of relevant experience in supply chain management roles

Your Role :

Seamless launch and lead Store Operations : Launch of new stores across the city as per expansion plan. Lead all cloud store operations across the city with your team. Provide support to city and central team during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback

Build Strong Last mile network and team : You will manage the rider operations of the city. Ensure adequate supply of riders as per demand plan. Training, on boarding & payout management of riders. Build value proposition through different activities, partnerships or benefit offerings. Drive Metrics like Orders per hour, Earnings per hour and Cost per order

Drive High performance & customer focused culture : Being obsessed by metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly, to drive improvements. Lead KPIs related to speed, reliability, customer experience, cost as per business alignment.

Be Structured and agile : Development and implementation of SOPs with a customer first approach. Build a culture of continuous improvement through lean practices, Gemba Kaizen and other productivity improvement tools.

Lead Innovations with speed : Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality. Run experiments that will challenge our assumptions and make Organisation better. You will have the tools to do things that have never been done before and also the freedom to fail fast.

Build Versatile and transparent culture : Hire talent with complementary skills, over communicate with ground teams and be always approachable. Work cross functionally with peers who will empower you to do your best work
