- Strong analytical skills & ability to demonstrate flexibility.

- Structured approach to problem solving.

- Experience of working across multiple priorities and able to adapt to changing needs.

- Project management & business analysis experience of the full project life cycle through initiation, planning, execution & closure.

- Experience with developing materials (e.g. PowerPoint, MSP, Excel, Word artefacts) for groups across multiple levels of the management hierarchy and a strong instinct as to standards required.

- Experience in creating & developing key project artefacts such as plans & BRDs and target state business processes.

- Data experience is beneficial.

- PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in, contribute to & lead project management activities across work streams and selected program level governance forums.

- Initiate and lead activities across work streams to support business adoption in Risk, Finance & Treasury.

- Provide change execution & business analysis support to create & agree innovative solutions to solve complex problems to enable realisation of business, technology & RFT outcomes.

- Develop, maintain relationships and negotiate successful outcomes with an extensive range of stakeholders across Risk, Finance & Treasury Business & Change functions, Private & Investment Bank business lines, Technology teams across divisions, Legal & Data Privacy & Programme Management Office.

- Support & contribute to development and achievement of program target outcomes.

- Contribute to a supportive, positive & fun working environment within the RDA program and build a trusting network of relationships both within and external to Finance Change.

- Analyse and where required document current state system flows and processes to bring transparency to the complexity and interdependence between systems and data.

- Support iteration of end to end planning following 2021 Investment Governance cycle.
