Job title: Operations Lead

Job location: Bangalore (South)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the catalog and content team, across different types of clients

- Ownership of all end-to-end delivery of written content and cataloging related projects

- Being the primary point of contact for operations managers

- Client and vendor management skills

- Giving feedback and mentoring teams

- Lead using numbers - track performance metrics, drive using analytics, report numbers and use them to take corrective action and plan future

- Own the P&L

- Engaging with clients on a regular basis and manage relationships, key account management

- Reporting the progress of monthly/quarterly deliveries and initiatives to internal and client teams

- Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients

- Enhancing the department's and organization's effectiveness by exploring opportunities to add value. E.g. innovation

The role is evaluated on:

Level:

The Role is in the Operations team, reporting directly into the top management of the company.

Competencies needed:

- Excellent in coordination between clients, team members, writers, editors, support functions and stakeholders

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent time and project management skills

Skills needed:

- Graduate/PostGraduate in any field

- English as a first language in school

- 5 to 10 years- experience in catalog or content and/or coordination in client facing roles

- Analytics

- Team work, initiative and respect for diversity and planning
