Lead - Card Schemes - Banking Domain

Our client is a Fortune 500 organization in the Financial Services, Payments and Banking domain. They have operations across the Globe and this requirement is for their Mumbai offices.

They are looking to hire a Lead Scheme Compliance for APAC / ASEAN operations. The Lead Card Schemes will essentially act as a conduit between Card Networks (Visa, Master, JCB, Unioncard, etc) and the organization

Key Responsibilities for the role would be:

- Understand & help implement Card Scheme rules and Network requirement

- Understand updated rules and ensure the product portfolios remain compliant

- Act as conduit between Card Networks (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Unioncard etc) and the BU

- Work on non- compliance issues and remediation plans

- Respond to waiver requests to appeal for waivers of non- compliance

- Identify first mover opportunities in the market with schemes to improve our go to market strategies

- Manage all scheme referral opportunities

To qualify for this position you should:

- 10+ years in Payments / Card industry

- Great understanding of Payment and Transaction life cycle

- In-depth knowledge of Card Scheme standards / processes / regulations

- Proficient at interacting with diverse multi-cultural teams

- Demonstrate strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
