Lead - Campaign/Performance Marketing - BFSI (8-17 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- As the lead - Digital partnership, one will be responsible for new business targets through digital channels of Bancassurance and Fintech partners of ICICI Prudential Life. The digital channels comprise of the insurance section appearing on the banks and partners' websites, apps and other digital assets. One will be working on the overall distribution strategy, product proposition, purchase journeys and marketing strategy for digital life insurance solutions through digital partners.

- Delivering business targets through digital partners

- Creating a customer segment-product offering-digital journey mapping for each partner by deep mining of data and customer behaviour patterns on digital platforms

- Digital marketing - for the chosen combinations, launching various types of digital marketing campaigns in consultation with the partner.

- Operations and customer journey - working with IT, Operations and Underwriting teams to facilitate smooth customer experience.

- Partner Management - engaging the partner with insights and growth plans for the category.

- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices between partners and internal teams to help embed a robust digital ecosystem.

Educational Qualification / Experience:

- MBA from a Tiered institute with 7+ years of experience in BFSI/E-Commerce managing digital ecosystem.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Good understanding of the overall distribution strategy, purchase journeys of digital products, preferably of Insurance industry

- Good understanding of core business processes of BFSI

- Demonstrated proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performance teams.

- Ability to define right metrics, use data analytics and conduct qualitative research to understand customer demand, purchase behaviour and overall experience to design future strategies.

- Understanding of APIs/web services (Good to have and not a must have)

- Roles like enabling product/ driving business on website & apps, credit card business management, driving growth in payment solutions, driving online loan business growth, handling web aggregators, handling online start-ups, handling online mutual fund platforms will qualify for this profile.

- Preferred Industry - BFSI, Sales exposure is non-negotiable, Pure offline profiles would not be preferred.
