- Liaise with stakeholders on campaign management requirements
- Execute the campaigns
- Streamline and optimize the campaign execution run time
- Create campaign datamarts.
- Track the campaigns
- Maximize the campaign response rate
Secondary Responsibilities - List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role -
- Stakeholder management with his pro-active communication around ETA of the deliverables.
- Develop a strong understanding of business requirements; working with business users/business analyst to define technical and process requirements
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities ( if applicable) -
- Team management: monitor output and productivity of team
- Provide solutions to team members
- Leading the team by example.
- Develop highly skilled and motivated campaign management team
