Lead - Business Strategy (Bain, BCG, AT Kearney, Mckinsey)

The Role:

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Business Strategy team, working on a variety of growth strategy assignments for the company. You will be involved across different facets of Strategy function across strategy development, business planning and change management.

The role will provide exposure to the strategy lifecycle starting from market research, data gathering, financial analysis, business case development and recommendations to managing complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be shaping and running strategic cross functional projects

- Partner with CXO team on growth strategy - identify growth opportunities and design business solutions across marketing and product

- The projects will also be high on opportunity assessment and strategic planning around proposed products, customer segments and platform builds

- Additional functional responsibility is to build central business analytics and insights function to inform strategy that will serve all epic markets

- The candidate will need to drive such projects without reporting relationships. This would require very strong influencing skills

- Will also be responsible for overseeing execution of marketing initiatives in India

Candidate Profile:

- Management Consulting experience required or experience in business strategy + growth role in the prior organization

- MBA from Tier 1 Business School

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
