Hiring for Lead Business Process Re-engineering for a NBFC Base: Mumbai CTC: 20 lacs NBFC Experience is mandatory Job Description The candidate will be responsible for Business Process Management and Re engineering by closely working with the relevant business and functional units Roles &amp; Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: - Set up Process as per Business defined objectives - Drive Operational efficiency - Improve Experience of Customer Facing Processes - Drive Automation of critical Impact processes Key Responsibilities: - Review and understand existing Business processes and organization structure to identify business functional requirements for substantial improvement in business &amp; operational processes - Identify processes for re-design, create business processes from scratch along with the business teams, identify existing process bottlenecks and streamline the same and suggest a recommended course of action by identifying modifications to existing processes - Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into functional and technical specification documents - Project manage new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions - Implement new processes and organizational changes as accepted by all stakeholders with respect to these functions &amp; businesses - Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements &amp; Automation of Processes - Document workflows to train all respected stakeholders to use and improve new process and mitigate regulatory risks - Present analysis, solutions and business cases to senior management
