Roles and Responsibilities:
As a member of the HR Leadership, the incumbent will be responsible for driving the human resource agenda with a key focus on the organization's strategic talent outcomes: acquiring developing, and retaining talent, succession planning, leadership development, culture, compensation, and benefits competitiveness, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
This role is responsible for conceptualizing and setting up best-in-class people practices that enable the organization to achieve its business objectives. To be successful, the candidate will need to exert influence and collaborate with a cross-functional leadership team to deliver on their people objectives.
- Responsible for providing thought leadership for the HR function. This involves evaluating performance, developing talent, problem-solving and supporting core people management activities
- Employee retention - increasing the four levers of retention - hope, trust, value, and worth; proactive measurement of potential retention and timely action to redress
- Ensure that the learnings need of the organization are met through ongoing and customized programs that are both "classroom" as well as "on-the-job". Develop content and facilitate key learning programs where required like leadership offsites, team-building self-awareness programs, etc.
- Stakeholder management - partnering with department heads, account delivery managers, project managers, and employees to form constructive partnerships to achieve company
- Employee engagement programs - design of Employee Experience moments, floor activities, connect, collecting grievances and actioning them, talent clubs involving fitness, learning, reading, personal finance, psychological health
- Rewards and recognition - ensure rewards and recognition programs run on schedule; are refreshed and stay current and are valued among employees
- Celebration - events - create and run a regular schedule of events; create a variety of engagement programs and events including employee
Desired Candidate Profile :
- An ideal candidate would be a Management Graduate from premier institute with 8-12 years of experience. Having Engineering degree is preferred
- Should be an expert in evaluating performance, developing talent, problem-solving HR professionals
- Expertise in dashboards, reporting, metrics, management reporting, and HR technologies
- A very high degree of alignment with and understanding of business leader requirements - ability to work with demanding stakeholders
- Must have worked with IT / engineering services Industry with proven track record.
