1. Directs preparation of monthly P&L review

2. Conducts various P&L review with business team

3. Preparation of various type of profitability analysis channel, store, city, category

4. Develop new dashboard as per business needs

5. Leads annual Operating plan preparations

6. Preparation of Board meeting review deck

7. Variance analysis

8. Giving inputs to management for opportunity to increase profitability /revenue leakages /Cost optimization

9. Drive execution of these opportunities identified

10. Comparison of business model with competition
