Lead - Business Finance - FMCG/Agriculture - CA (7-10 yrs)
Lead- Business Finance
The Business Finance Lead will be responsible for end to end business finance responsibility with focus on Business Impact, Compliance, Process Excellence, Investor decks, and Finance Reporting & Insights.
Candidates with experience in Supply Chain with either an FMCG or Ecommerce experience will be preferred.
- The role will be overseeing financial control, risk management and compliance. The person will be responsible for bringing financial discipline by making sure that the flow of money is tracked and recorded.
Also, ensure proper systems and procedures are in place to support effective program implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing finance business partner support to operations, commercial or sales team, influencing behaviors and performance through insights and oversee Month closure procedure.
- Implement and develop processes for Commercial and Operational controllership
- Support the Business Management Office in business priorities/trade-offs.
- Bring financial insights to drive accountability, efficiency and growth opportunities.
- Periodic consolidation activities of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and analysis thereon
- Budgeting, Forecast, and planning for P&L on a monthly/quarterly/ annual basis and in detail variance analysis.
- Partner with support org like HR, Communications, to drive various business initiatives and P&L accountability.
Requirements :
- Expert knowledge in Commercial Finance & Operations
- Chartered Accountant 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Prior Experience in MIS Reporting, Multi Business Reporting, Project Reporting, Shared Service Costing & Allocation
- Ability to drive Changes individually
- Must have worked with a startup for at-least 2 years in Business finance/ Commercial Finance
- Experience of working in Supply chain with either FMCG or Ecommerce company
