Responsibilities: - Co-create business excellence modules along with senior leadership (NSMs, Product Heads, etc.) - End-to-end responsibility of effective business excellence module implementation in their respective sales territory - Market Mapping and owning the market sprints for the region - Mentor and train sales frontline on the modules and implementation - Go-to person for debottlenecking module implementation and territory-level issues - Coordinate with the sales frontline/managers to conduct performance dialogues and periodic reviews in the sales regions - Drive testing and adoption of digital tools such as SFA, BI dashboards, etc. - Analyse data from various sources (e.g. micro-market mapping) to define territory level Functional capabilities: - High-performing sales executive with strong working knowledge of best practices - High energy to drive change and is a role model - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the willingness to develop and mentor front-line sales force - Great organizational and interpersonal skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong data and analysis capabilities
