Lead - Business Excellence - BFSI

The candidate will be responsible for Business Process Management and Re engineering by closely working with the relevant business and functional units

- Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into functional and technical specification documents Identify processes for re-design, create business processes from scratch along with the business teams, identify existing process bottlenecks and streamline the same and suggest a recommended course of action by identifying modifications to existing processes

- Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into functional and technical specification documents

Key Accountabilities :

- Set up Process as per Business defined objectives

- Drive Operational efficiency

- Improve Experience of Customer Facing Processes

- Drive Automation of critical Impact processes

Required Experience:

- Experience in Business Process Management/Re engineering

- NBFC/BFSI experience is a must

- Six Sigma certification and work ex in a quality management firm will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
