Lead - Business Development & Strategic Partnerships | B2B only


We are looking for the Lead for our Business Development team, to partner with us in building out the platform and drive revenue across products and client segments.

Some of the qualities we are looking for are:

- 8-10+ years of work experience in consulting or business development

- B2B sales and account management experience will be particularly relevant

- Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly and quantitatively

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail

- Proficiency in in MS Excel and MS Power Point

- Ability to analyze data and draw key insights to aid in BD improvement

- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible to build and execute the sales plan in line with the broader business development strategy

- Develop and manage the outreach strategy across various segments of clients i.e., MNCs, start-ups, investors.

- Develop targeted value propositions and communications materials for various products, geographies and client segments

- Reach out to the right decision-makers in target client organizations and introduce Flexing It and its offerings

- Drive the proposal and engagement process with interested clients, including discussions on commercials and facilitating the contract and empanelment

- Provide revenue/business reporting to leadership across various products, geographies and client segments, to help them understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvement

- Coordinate with account leads to set a clear BD action plan for each key account as well as set revenue targets, track and report progress on a regular basis

- Build a clear action plan to plug any gaps between revenue targets and actuals

- Develop and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, scorecards etc. to drive key business decisions

- Representing Flexing It at any upcoming relevant events, conferences, industry forums, as agreed (to deliver on the outcomes defined)

- Envision and execute strategic partnerships e.g., industry associations, universities.

- Define the company outreach strategy jointly with the CEO and Marketing teams based on data on skills, usage patterns, success rates for different types of roles and organizations

- Working with the marketing team on driving digital campaigns aimed at specific TG
