Join us as our BD Manager, and participate in revolutionizing dispute resolution in India.
Responsibilities -
Sales Strategy, Execution and Deliverables
- Be our hands-on, one-person sales army, to begin with !
- Carry the sales target for the Company.
- Develop the sales strategy to create, and then rapidly expand our client base
- Create business models for sales projects at varying stages of growth of our company, starting with bringing in our first customers. Business models to include:
- Identification of priority targets
- Cost of sale
- Identify customer needs and differentiating services that may be provided by our platform
- Work closely with our marketing team to create and sustain brand loyalty
- Monitor industry trends and provide updates to the founding team
- Execute the sales strategy
- Track progress against objectives
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to correct and refine the sales strategy
- Build our sales team down the line
- Recruit and onboard sales representatives
- Plan and implement training programs for the sales team
- Breakdown the targets (including revenue, customer acquisition and retention targets) and performance plans for sales representatives
Relationship Management
- Maintain a strong relationship with clients, with a 100% retention strategy
- Develop a framework for addressing customer complaints and issues
