1. Designing the entire Business Development initiatives for all the companies within the Group
2. Will be the face of the company and will have to create and apply an effective sales strategy to get investors and borrowers to the p2p platform and identify segments and potential borrowers for the NBFC.
3. To build long-term strategic relationships with new and existing customers and alliance partners.
4. To drive sustainable financial growth through through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients (both borrowers and lenders).
5. To conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
6. Induct and manage team of sales representatives (feet on street).
7. To promote the company's services
8. To prepare contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
9. To keep records of new clients and revenue etc.
10.To provide after-sales support
11.To develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
12.To appoint DSA and generate business through them
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
A matured professional with a proven working experience as a business development manager with a strong strategic bent will be successful in this position.
1. The incumbent should have a proven sales track record.
2. Should have experience in customer interaction.
3. Should have good communication skills.
4. Should have the ability to build good rapport.
5. Integrity and ethics is non-negotiable.
6. Should have good time management and planning skills.
7. Consistent Good academic record - Should be a Full Time MBA or equivalent.
8. Should have managed a large team.
9. 10-12 years of experience.
