Lead - Business Development - Entertainment Industry (10-12 yrs)
- Growth360 is retained by a leading name in the entertainment industry to find a Business Development lead for them. This is a Pan India role and will require someone who has strong experience of working in a Similar industry or with Smart Cities.
- The BD Lead will be responsible to win and maintain long term key customers by understanding their needs and providing them the best possible solutions. This role needs someone who has very strong stakeholder management skills.
The role will include:
- Winning and build strong customer relations so as not to lose them to competition
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Farming the existing customers by regularly proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure booking of profitable business and manage it to ensure customer satisfaction, maximising margins
- Ensuring receiving of timely payment.
- Ensure working within the prescribed framework and policies of the company.
- Integrate selling, design, costing and creative to be able to present better proposals and more closely liaise with clients to sell more effectively.
- Be able to handle tenders/pitch AMCs
To fit the bill, you must have:
- Strong Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- BE/BTech + MBA with 10 years' work experience
- Demonstrated experience of participating in government tenders, related documentation and preparation of proposals
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Someone with a creative bent of mind preferred
