Roles & responsibilities:

1. Ensure operating activities are streamlined by working with partners to ensure on-time performance. Responsible for P&L driven decisions for the region.

2. The work would involve working very closely with technology and product team. The candidate should have the maturity to work with cross-functional teams.

3. Building the buyer and seller network in the region by identifying key players in the market. Candidate would also be responsible for hiring and building the team for the region

4. Develop the logistics network for the region coordinating with the supply chain head of the company.

5. On-boarding of new vendors on the platform & show them initial success for them to be interested in aligning & working closely with the company.

6. Taking complete ownership of the vendor's experience with the company & handling issues such as compliance, payments & other operational issues of the vendors.

7. The candidate should be someone who takes complete ownership of the delivery of services emanating out of the vendor ecosystem.

8. Overseeing the annual renewals process, ensuring on-target retention of existing vendors.

9. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.

10. Manage high value and volume transactions offline. Candidate will be responsible for local level marketing and discounting

Candidate requirements -

- Have an experience of 2-5 years

- Candidate have worked with unorganised/SME vendors & have experience in dealing with them.

- Exceptional business and analytical skills and ability to run-entire business cycle independently.

- Experience in team handling and B2B e-com industry would be preferred.

- Deep thinker - Should be able to identify problems and break it down to come up with a solution.

- Excellent level of written and spoken English.

- Focused and possess sales mindset.
