We are looking for a Business Development Lead who is excited about developing new business, communication with CXO'sl and is intellectually curious with innovative ideas. The role will start as individual contributor and it can progress to grow into people management. - Connect and create a strategy with the CXO's at prospective companies to demonstrate how to drive and pivot their HR strategies. - Pitch for new business and create a strong pipeline industry-wise and focus on meetings with prospects. - New business acquisition and relationship management for strategic clientele relationships in domestic and international markets across industries. - Upselling, cross-selling, reference selling, account upgrading, concept selling and do follow-ups with new potential clients to convert them into profitable accounts. - Maintaining Quarterly growth on new business acquisitions. - Run proposals and negotiations with clients Required Candidate profile - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. - Good influencing and negotiation skills. - Being proactive and curiosity will win over.
