Responsibilities : 1. Understanding the business requirements to formulate the problems to solve and configure in the applications 2. Design and maintain the application architecture to suit the needs of various functions 3. Ensure hand-holding within applications 4. Seamless flow of information and data to facilitate decision making 5. Have an overall view of end-to-end business processes and their translation to application and system processes 6. Work with individual application vendors to achieve the required business functionality 7. Ability to visualize the data into reports and dashboards. Skills and Qualifications : 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in handling SAP S4 HANA modules (FI, SD, MM) 2. Understanding of any CRM system (Hubspot, Salesforce etc.) 3. Experience solving problems in the project's business domain. 4. Experience with data integration from multiple sources. 5. Working understanding of integration, workflows etc. 5. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI. 6. Great written and verbal communication skills. Good to have : 1. Understanding of the audit/compliance requirements from an ERP/Financial application 2. Knowledge to query datasets and work on analytic tools 3. Previous work experience in EdTech 4. Keen interest or background in the education sector
