Profile - Business Analytics Lead

Location - Hyderabad Work from Office

Experience - 8 to 12 years of experience in a in business or analytics consulting firm or in the industry. Prior experience in Pharma, FMCG or other B2B industry preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred. Max notice period 45 days .

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work across functional areas including Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, New Product planning, Product lifecycle management, Pricing, Demand & Supply planning, Contracts, Cost accounting

- Apply analytics skills to real-world problems/data to provide insights, convert to action/decision and measure business value created.

- Opportunity to explore and advise the business teams across countries on how analytics can drive value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with the business/functional users to understand the business decisions that need be made, key questions that need be answered for those decisions and visualization that answer the questions best.

- Identify advanced analytics use cases based on business and function understanding that can create value.

- Design business intelligence/data science solutions in collaboration with technology architects to address this need.

- Understanding of all owned and syndicated data sources and ownership of data quality and governance.

Operating Network.

Technical Requirements:

- Experience on Sales Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Product Lifecycle Management, New Product Launches, Sales & Operation Planning, Pricing, Costing as functional areas and Pharma, CPG from industry perspective.

- Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Google Looker) and good understanding on metrics and dashboard usability.

- Exposure to advanced analytics application (R, SAS, Python etc.) data mining techniques desirable to define rule-based prescriptions and improve prediction data models.

- Exposure to Metadata management (Alation, Collibra) and data engineering ETL (Talend, Informatica) concepts to enforce data quality and governance.

- Proven experience delivering data products and driving adoption and usage.

- Knowledge in Project management background and familiar with PMI & Agile project methodologies.

Educational Qualifications: Top Tier masters or degree in business, engineering, maths or statistics.

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years of experience in a in business or analytics consulting firm or in the industry. Prior experience in Pharma, FMCG or other B2B industry preferred
