PNC experience is must  Insurance/Financial industry exp is required  Should have experience in:  L&A Domain, Policy Administration or L&A Domain, Group Experience or L&A Domain, Group Underwriting or L&A Domain, Group Underwriting or L&A Domain, Claims  Extensive and demonstrable experience (at least 8 years + in the North American L&A industry) in relation to:  - Excellent business and domain knowledge of the North American Life & Annuity Insurance industry, especially in Policy Admin Implementations  - Working with customers to define configuration requirements, and developing an overall configuration approach for the client  - Producing requirement and functional design documents using an agile gap-analysis and directed requirements approach to lead the customer needs definition  - Estimating the effort required to configure the system  - Configuring the products and business process rules to solve customer business challenges  - Working with Product management to share customer configuration concepts and further develop our base product features  - Identifying opportunities to meet customer business objectives using business logic and configuring applications to meet those objectives  - Functional consulting experience  - Project management experience  - Experience gathering requirements, understanding North American Life & Annuity product specifications and designing business process flows  - Experience implementing North American Life & Annuity products on Policy Administration systems  - Knowledge of Group and Individual North American L&A markets
