Lead - Business Analyst - Digital Platform

Company:

- My Client is operating out of Mumbai and is one of the successful entertainment channel on the digital platforms. They are expanding and looking for the best in the industry.

Expected:

Experience in Digital company is must

- Highly skilled in unstructured business problem solving, breaking problem statement in analytical steps and drive to decisions through data. Communicate the data in in sighting fashion. Help business drive actions out of data: a good data translator.

- Strategic thought processes

- Deliver at high demanding environment

- Team player, collaborative with international teams spread across countries, while core strategy team is based at Mumbai

- High ownership to assignments and mentor juniors to help them grow

- Good skill of visualizations- to represent data in charts to drive quick nuggets. Worked in automation of dashboards on visual platforms.

- Worked in Big Data industry and thus hands on experience in Python, R etc.

- This role also requires 30-50% of hands on work, it being a startup culture.

- 9+ years of experience in B2C industry

Role:-

- Every team is 3+1 structure, thus he/she will have 2 business analysts, 1 Sr BA in his/ her team, all reporting to Lead. Lead reports to the Data Head of the company.

- Leadership position where the Lead BA International works with the company's international business team, and becomes the bridge between data and business
