Job title: Lead Business Analyst - Business Solutions

Work Location: Pune

PURPOSE: This role spans more than one functional area in data & visual analytics such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Sourcing with the strong growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly data oriented, enjoy tackling complex problems and be an effective problem solver. Looking for a technical leader with a passion for learning, nding solutions to diverse challenges and a strong communicator who will build business intelligence & analytics capabilities to the next level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, develop and guide the entire lifecycle of analytics projects (data modelling, data visualization, reporting, predictive analysis, etc.) from requirements gathering to final project delivery.

- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques across various projects using R & Python.

- Automating the business processes and work flows using python, Ui Path or any similar software.

- Develop business insights from analysis and make actionable recommendations.

- Technical troubleshooting for projects to first time right and on time delivery

- Identify opportunities for new analysis or efficiency improvements, and plan project resources appropriately

- Strong stakeholder connect & rapport with business process functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Sourcing.

- Should have strong thought leadership to drive growth of team and solutions.

- Support execution and delivery of proof of concepts to expand the portfolio of team's capabilities.

- Acquire industry standard tools and techniques related to Business analytics to foster growth.

- Expected to mentor and coach team members with new technologies related to Analytics.

Key Deliverables :

- Data / Visual Analytics and Automation Projects in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Sourcing domain

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

B.Tech/B.E, MBA Operations (preferred) Certication/ specialization in Data Science / Business Analytics

EXP :

7-10 Yrs in Analytics Projects in Consumer Durables Industry

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

TECHNICAL :

1. Python - Master

2. UI Path (or any RPA) - Procient

3. SQL - Procient

4. Tableau - Basic

5. Google Data Studio - Basic

6. AGILE (preferred)

7. R (preferred)
