Lead - Branding & Marketing - Healthcare (10-16 yrs)
Role Summary :
Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans implementing sales plans; managing staff.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Create the marketing plan and budget: identify channels for increasing patients and impactful activation programmes for reaching and converting them, within budget. Work toward optimizing channel ROI month-on-month
- Appoint and tie up marketing agencies: appoint and contract with quality marketing agencies across different media to drive branding activation and awareness programmes. Evaluate their performance and impact, and replace agencies who are not performing to expectations
- Manage work output from digital agencies (SEO, SEM, ORM and website): define the day-to-day responsibilities and deliverables from agencies, drive adherence to timelines, and ensure high quality output from them.
- Conduct weekly reviews with agencies and offer them ideas and information to improve their work output.
MBA is Must.
