Lead - Brand Marketing - Real Estate (6-8 yrs)

Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire an experienced and highly-driven professional to lead the Brand Marketing function. The incumbent shall be responsible for ensuring successful long-term strategic development of the brand, in line with the needs of the customer and the objectives of the business. He / she shall be the voice of the customer and be the brand custodian in the company and be responsible to grow brand health and the overall market value of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a strong understanding of the TG and generate insights by leveraging data and consumer / market research to design value propositions and the marketing strategy

- Lead the planning, creative development, and execution of impactful marketing campaigns

- Lead the brand marketing team and its day-to-day operations

- Liaise with internal & external partners to develop and execute a strong content marketing strategy to build category awareness and establish thought leadership in the market

- Liaise with external agencies to develop high quality brand assets for building consumer affinity and driving sales

- Develop 360 advertising strategies and omnichannel marketing campaigns that resonate with our consumers, align with our goals, and utilize effective tactics to generate new leads

- Develop & execute activities to nurture leads and move them further down the purchase funnel

- Drive and maintain a cohesive social media strategy by providing guidelines for storytelling, developing dynamic content, increasing engagement, and reaching bigger audiences on various platforms

- Collaborate with other senior leaders across the company to ensure all marketing initiatives and deliverables adhere to the branding guidelines

- Engage with agency and internal team to develop POS copy / collaterals for all product launches includes concept, headline and product copy

- Assist in executing product launches and promotions

- Create, measure, and report the performance of all marketing campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA degree with specialisation in marketing from a Top B-school/ Tier 1 Institutes only

- 6+ years of experience in the brand marketing function

- Strong academic pedigree

- Industry Background - Preferably financial services / banking / consumer durables

- Good understanding of the digital media landscape

- Strong work ethic with high levels of professionalism and integrity.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with excellent communication skills.
