Delhi Job Code: 1038610

Brand Communications Lead

Brand Communications at Harappa :

The Brand team is home to brand creators and curators, copy masters, number crunchers and idea generators-with a mission to make Harappa heard, seen and felt across our target markets. The team is excited to capitalize on a once-in-a-century shift towards online education and learning, in addition to creating, deploying and managing a diverse and rich range of content. Guardians of the Harappa brand, we're a balanced mix of right-brained creativity and left-brained analytical thinking that supports business goals through impactful campaigns and building category leadership.

Role :

1. Brand Custodian : Whether it's the way we're represented on our website, social media, advertising or in the media, you will be responsible for making sure any external communication is a representation of the best version of ourselves

2. Flawless Content : Everything we say and do should be error-free (typos are a big bug bear!) and you're okay to call out anyone who doesn't do justice to the brand

3. Understanding Media/PR : Working closely with our PR agency, you're able to figure out how we break the investment-announcement, financial-growth-figures rut Edtech is currently stuck in

4. Data + Results : You can deliver campaigns that convert, strategies that show results and creatives that drive clicks

5. Insights : You know how to convert boring (to everyone else) numbers and insights into powerful infographics, case studies and whitepapers that showcase the outcomes we're able to deliver for our learners and partners

6. Awards : Harappa should be known and recognized for its unique curriculum, cutting-edge product, innovative campaigns, beating industry-benchmarks outcomes and distinctive design

7. Viral Social Media Content : You will ensure our social media channels put out smart, thoughtful, quirky and sometimes provocative content that creates conversation, encourages sharing and builds advocacy

8. Category Building : You will be responsible for ensuring we create, define and lead the Thrive Skills category within online learning/EdTech

9. Advocacy : You want our learners and faculty to be as excited about Harappa as we are internally and will create opportunities for them to engage with and talk about the brand in different ways

10.Brand Recall : You're able to develop and distribute the right combination of content and activities to improve and accelerate brand recall. Harappa should be top of mind to any learner of any age who wants to improve their chances of professional success

Requirements :

1. 10+ years of work experience leading and scaling brands OR leading a Communications function at a high-growth organization

2. Prior experience working with Edtech brands is a plus

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Digital-first mindset with in-depth understanding of all social media platforms

5. Stays up to date with the latest trends and builds strong stakeholder relationships

6. Prior experience managing teams of various sizes

7. Result oriented (will meet targets/key metrics for campaigns)

8. Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and collaborative

9. Keen eye for detail, ability to prioritize work and manage multiple feedback loops

10. Able to work under high pressure and deliver against tight timelines
