Lead - BPO Operations (7-12 yrs)
Ideal Profile is:
- BPO Lead with deep understanding of setting up, training, auditing and scaling a technical call-center operations.
TECHNICAL RECRUITING: The Operations Director will recruit multiple technical customer service executives (3-5/week) to support a live Human-to-Human technology platform connecting students to teachers for a specialized field (confidential).
The Director Operations has to manage the entire call-center operations connecting through multiple geographies and locations, managing flow, intake and output. Critical to be very passionate about
a) Massive Detail Orientation
c) Training and Measurement.
d) Expanding into international markets
Exceptional Drive: The Head User Operations will be managing multiple priorities simultaneously across geographies and will be single-handedly responsible for the smooth operation of a two-way platform.
- Demonstrated history of taking responsibility ahead of tenure/experience with a super-human drive is a must.
Operations Experience: Role requires an analytical, structured approach since the scale will expand from 100 to 1,000 teachers in very short time. With 100,000 students and 1,000 teachers on the platform, operational management discipline has to be very rigorous and strong.
