Lead - Blended Finance Facility - Social Development Sector Consulting Firm (10-20 yrs)
- Coordinate with financial institutions to enhance use of existing credit guarantees and support in structuring newer facilities and blended finance products.
- Work with the partners right from the origination stage, doing due diligence, identifying the right sets of partners.
- Understanding of financial instruments and financial modelling.
- Structure loan and financing instruments for prospective agencies
- Working with financial institutions to underwrite, structure and document quality loans per bank policy, and to assist them in offering appropriate innovative models in line with pooled fund mechanism.
- Create a Loan Origination strategy document that includes Origination sources, channels, approach plan, potential partners with targets, activities and timelines.
- At least 10 years of experience in banking sector and/or impact investment. Post graduate degree in finance or business administration.
- Exposure to Health Sector is desirable
- Credibility of working with the Government of India, development partners and corporates
