Qualification - Post Graduate in Finance from a top tier institute / Chartered Accountant

Candidates from Telecom operator may only apply.

1) Responsible for end-to-end customer billing for retail and enterprise segments across all lines of business

2) Design and drive the implementation and optimization of standardized billing operations- processes to ensure timelines of billing

3) Deploy, track and monitor appropriate exception controls encompassing the billing operations framework, to ensure billing accuracy

4) Perform predictive / historical analytics on customer usage and spending behaviour to create trends as well as suggest most fitting plan rentals to suit customer needs

5) Ensure proper tax compliance of customer invoices and account statements

6) Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliance.
