Lead - Big Data Technology

- Experience in Big Data/ Data Management solutions, architecture and delivery.

- Strong Technical delivery grounding with demonstrated delivery experience in large ETL Development/Maintenance/Testing projects in Tier 1/ Tier 2 Banks/Financial Institutions

- Strong Knowledge and hands-on experience with Big Data platforms and software like Hadoop, Apache Spark, Cassandra, HBase, HDFS, Map-Reduce, Hive, PIG, MongoDB, Sqoop, Storm

- Working on industry standard ETL tools (Ab Initio, Informatica, Talend, etc.) and technologies is good.

- Excellent information management skills (architecture, design, development and support) in ETL, Database, EDW, Reporting and Big Data is a must.

- Experience in ETL Development/Testing, Data Analytics, Reporting and Big Data (Hadoop/Hive) projects performing design and architecture for data integration in complex enterprise environments.

- Thorough understanding and passion for data

- Strong client management skills serving clients in various regions

- Proficient interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts; from technical staff to management

- Executive level communications and presentation experience including the ability to be influential and persuasively articulate and present solutions to C-Level executives both verbally and in writing

- Ability to connect, build rapport and relationships with internal and external clients at all levels

- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to lead cross-functionally as well as build a high-performing team;
