Benefits Lead - MNC (8-12 yrs)
Your responsibilities will include-
- Conceptualizing and designing the benefit strategy for the employees
- Leading benefit benchmarking surveys
- Managing HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders
- Manage vendor, consultant and carrier relationships; ensure these partners meet performance expectations; evaluate and negotiate contracts, ensuring best value for cost
Qualifications:
- You are an MBA from a top tier business school having an overall experience of 8-12 years.
- You have global benefits exposure (must have)
