Bench Sales Lead Roles & Responsibilities : - Must have contacts with HR/Managers at companies where we can become a preferred vendor or must be able to reach out to various companies - Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in the USA.. - Good experience in handling team and individual contributors as well - Must be able to Train the team/resources to effectively market the Bench Consultants get the placements in the shortest time possible - Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. - Hands on experience in end to end Bench Sales process across various IT Technologies - Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication skills, time management and negotiation skills.
