Purpose of the Role : Generate Institutional Sales - B2B - by executing on aligned B2B strategy and implementing the monthly action plan for partners, corporates and strategic alliances to drive B2B sales and growth. 2. Role and Responsibility : 4.1 Develop and Manage Key Accounts for B2B and Corporate Sales 4.1.1 Develop potential partner base to access customers across diverse segments 4.1.2 Continuously design ways to increase footprint - new partners, new geographies 4.1.3 Develop an in-depth understanding of partners- business and secondary sales trend 4.1.4 Develop pricing and promotion strategy for the channel 4.1.5 Cross functional alignment to achieve goals and to maintain delivery/ service timelines 4.2 Develop and Implement Strategies for Corporate associations and Strategic Alliances and integrated corporate campaigns 4.2.1 Develop robust strategies to associate with corporates, as per the annual operating plan 4.2.2 Design and promote cross promotions with other reputed brands - across consumer/BFSI/Retail/ Service industries 4.2.3 Do integrated associations with key brands, thereby leveraging the association through multiple initiatives and driving higher reach and better conversions 4.2.4 Work closely with the brand team to ensure integrated corporate campaigns/alliances are promoted extensively in the digital space 4.2.5 Ensure that the integration into brand /retailer programs has a strong tie-back to the core business 4.2.6 Co-ordinate all activities for corporate associations/strategic alliances with cross functional stakeholders and ensure service/delivery as per timelines 4.2.7 Analyse past sales and market trends to conceptualize and develop integrated corporate campaigns/alliances 4.3 To understand ground realities of job and can manage the execution flawlessly. 4.4 Candidate should be aware of B2B processes, workflows, back-end operations 4.5 Candidate should be aware of market trends, price and cost mechanics of channel 4.6 Conceptualize innovative ideas for corporate associations and tie-back to core business 4.7 Good product knowledge and training skills. 4.8 Know the product /TG/segment and offer B2B solutions accordingly. 4.9 Build good rapport with corporate clients and handle their query effectively. 4.10 Strong in both external & internal coordination (warehouse, Finance, Distribution, Client etc.) 5. Other duties : In-depth understanding of the core business and initiatives/campaigns to build the Tupperware Brand. 6. Job Extent : - The position demands pan-India travel to monitor existing partners, develop new partners and enter into corporate associations/alliances across industry segments 7.
