- Own top of the funnel for business development
- Strategize the top of the funnel expansion and identify key channels for sourcing companies
- Devise channel specific strategies and own the execution end to end
- Identify event-led opportunities for expansion of top of the funnel
- Hire, train and manage growth team to ensure scaleup of the platform with predictable and effective growth strategy & execution Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the search optimization engine, implement growth marketing strategies to target digital commerce ecosystem
Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in managing growth strategies for an early stage startup
- Proven experience across running lead generation campaigns, performance marketing and growth hacking initiatives
- Exposure to growth and sales automation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with a track record of delivering targets
- Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills
- Experience in fintech is a bonus
