Lead/AVP/DVP/Lead - Treasury/Fund Raising - Finance & Accounts Function - NBFC (12-15 yrs)

Job Profile :

- Understanding of various borrowing options & instruments available for NBFCs and RBI regulations wrt the same.

- Familiar with preparation of data to be submitted to banks for fund raising

- Familiar with the credit process of raising funds from banks

- Understanding & knowledge of the process wrt issue of Commercial Paper/NCDsincluding listing requirements

- Ensuring compliances w.r.t. to maintaining statutory records including accounting vouchers/ bills/ invoices and transaction backup papers etc.

- Drive these reports/ returns for RBIon monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis, various returns and reports.

- Meeting routine Compliances with respect to payment / filing of returns for statutory dues like Direct Taxes including TDS, Service Tax and Professional Taxetc.

- Liaisoning with internal and external auditors for timely completion of statutory audit/ internal audits etc.

Person Specifications :

Essential experience/ qualifications / skills :

- CA/MBA Finance with 12 to 15 years of experience of experience in Accounts & Treasury

- Sound knowledge of Accounting, Direct and Indirect taxes

- Work experience in the financial services (NBFC) industry preferred.

- Expertise in working on Excel spread sheet and power point presentations
