Lead Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Acturial - General Insurance (5-12 yrs)
- Design and build an end to end pricing process in that is best in class for all products
o Designing pricing algorithms in accordance with our Pricing Principles, feeding directly from actuarial and natural peril pricing models
o Working with a range of stakeholders across the business including product teams, portfolio teams, data and technology teams to inform the best design of the pricing algorithm and recommend go-to-market pricing strategies
o Performing price analysis to determine commercial rates to deploy to market
o Implementing algorithm simplification and improvements .
o Assisting with the design and build of monitoring reports
- Work closely with our stakeholders:
o Work collaboratively with our stakeholders including EPD, Product, Portfolio teams, Group Natural Perils
o Sharing technical knowledge and project leadership

Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of general insurance pricing experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel
- Experience with SAS, SQL, Python or equivalent
- Familiarity with pricing techniques and models such as GLM, GBM
- Tertiary qualification in a numerical or analytical discipline i.e. Finance, Mathematics or Statistics or Actuarial related field with demonstrated equivalent experience (Preferable)
