Delivery/Quality roles. - Aware of learner centric methodologies in an outcomes based format. - Experience in standardizing processes, delivering on outcomes through relentless focus on compliance and governance. - Manage internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution and reporting. - Excellent Communication, analytical & problem solving skills. Ability to manage external partners/vendors to deliver on goals and targets - Understands academic assessment and evaluation across all levels and types of assessments online, offline, assessment analytics. - Experience in managing a team of 10+ people - Basic Function / Job Responsibilities- Develop strategy for assessments in various projects - Govt.schemes, funded programs, Non-funded programs, Competency Diagnostics etc. - Perform annual audit of all Assessment agencies and document the findings for reporting and storage. - Work with NSDC, State Skill missions, MSDE and other Government bodies for conduct of Assessments in various schemes - Define, develop and improve operational processes around assessments, billing, issue resolution and recovery of outstanding payment from scheme owners. - Ensure that capacity enhancement in terms of ToT, Master Trainers, availability and relevant checks and balances are executed - Own the Issue resolution process end-to-end. Which means from escalation/feedback till communication to the originator and confirmation. - Focus on effectiveness of outcomes while balancing efficiency goals. Lead, coach and guide the operations team to execute all the requisite tasks to ensure that Assessment operations continue to be the Best- in-class.
