Role Description of Tech Lead

- Lead the technical solutions and end-to-end implementation of data app projects

- Develop and work with developers to build consistent, modular, and scalable solutions

- Review and improve code quality.

- Work with Technology Practice to improve DevOps processes and ensure 100% compliance

- Drive reuse initiatives and constantly work towards improving development timelines and quality

- Train developers on standards to be maintained

Required Skills & experience for Tech Lead in Visualization :

1. Experience of 10 plus years in technical architecture and design of web applications and driving the implementation. (Weight: 15%)

2. Expert skills on Python and JavaScript frameworks (Django, Tornado, react, lodash, etc.) exposure to d3.js (Weight: 15%)

3. Expertise on multiple databases, both RDBMS and NoSQL and in-dept. understanding of optimization concepts. (Weight: 15%)

4. Exposure to DevOps processes and software engineering metrics (Weight: 15%)

5. Exposure to data science domain and Visual Analytics Solutions (Weight: 10%)

6. Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. (Weight: 10%)

7. Open to learn together as a team and drive improvement initiatives. (Weight: 10%)

8. Good communication skills (Weight: 5%)

9. Experience on the Cloud Infrastructure and Enterprise Grade Environments. (Weight: 5%)
