Lead - Analytics/Planning - EdTech Startup

FIRM: Ed-tech start up based off in Gurgaon

LOCATION : Gurgaon

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Design, drive and track P&L measurement, P&L control, and improvement projects via a team of analysts and program managers

- Be the central link across all lines of business and functional areas (Analytics, Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing)

- Own the creation of analytics and reporting frameworks to support strategic decisions

- Continuously identify and execute experiments; monitor and evaluate goals and identify opportunities for improvement

- Will be responsible for leading cross-functional strategic projects impacting P&L, developing new and actionable insights

PROFILE & SKILLS :

- 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, planning, strategy, etc.

- At least 2+ years of experience in analytics with hands-on experience on R/Python, SQL, Excel

- Graduate degree from a premier institute
