- This role is pivotal in helping build on the descriptive analytics foundation by executing and institutionalizing statistical analysis and predictive modeling.&nbsp; This role will be responsible for: - The end to end execution of these advanced analytics use cases - from liaising with IT to ensure that the back end data structures are appropriate, to working with internal stakeholders to ensure that the business problem/ need is being addressed and working with our external analytics agency for the execution using the best methodology possible. - Driving adoption of analytics for decision making across functions Qualification : - Postgraduate (MBA/ MSc in data analytics) - Well versed with R/ Python, PowerBI Experience needed : - Business Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Analytics with any of the below backgrounds: - Marketing analytics specialist with financial acumen - Business analyst from a consulting company No. of reporter -Individual Contributor role Job Responsibilities: 1. Identify areas of opportunities for the company to work on through the advanced analytics use cases implemented 2. Provide insights on different verticals of the business to support the leadership while they are crafting the long term and short-term strategy for their function 3. Work with the Function Head and CFO in defining the long-term analytics roadmap for the company along with the 1-year plan 4. Identify and analytics partner for the execution of the defined use cases and working to ensure that they are executed as per timelines and using the appropriate methodology 5. Working with the IT team to ensure that the data architecture is in place to execute all the planned analytics 6. Executing ad hoc analysis to support decision making of various HODs whenever the need arises 7. Driving change management within the organization to ensure that there is a high level of adoption of existing analytics and any future developments 6. Maintenance of existing dashboards and creation of new dashboards in PowerBI 7. Working with other HODs (marketing, development) to drive action basis the insights derived from execution of the various existing and new analytics use cases 8. Working with other functions to ensure that analytics they are carrying out with their agencies (media agency, CRM agency) is technically sound and appropriate
