POSITION : Lead Analytics - FMCG

Location: Mumbai

CTC: 40-50 Lacs

Job Description :

- Drive analytics maturity and value extraction across the organization

- Frames and aligns the analytics vision & strategy to the business strategy

- Define, design, and manage the roadmap for data strategy along with C-level stakeholders

- Take accountability for executing the data initiatives within the business

- Advocate power of Analytics Design & Manage upskilling programs & drive culture & mindset change across all levels in the organization.

The Successful Applicant :

- 12-15 years of professional experience with data technologies

- Demonstrated leadership experience in leading large-scale teams

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields

- Prominent communication skills especially on 'C-level' stakeholder management

- Strategic mindset & strategic influencer

- Leadership skills to manage large teams of different profiles & drive change

- Solid technical background

- In-depth knowledge of business and industry

- Ability to take the initiative and lead cross-functional projects to the desired outcome with attention to detail and organizational & change management skills
