Lead - Analytics - B2C Segment - Startup

FIRM: B2C apparel start up

LOCATION : New Delhi

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- End to end ownership - business problem identification, definition, hypotheses formulation, designing and delivering the solution and partnering with other functions to implement findings & delivery financial outcomes

- Develop analytical solutions to solve problem, identify internal & external data, use analytical techniques including use of statistical techniques to analyse the problem, distil information into actionable insights.

- Participate in key decision making forums & communicate key insights in an effective and influential manner.

- Partner with key stakeholders prioritizing analytics roadmap, demonstrate sense of urgency to identify & acting on opportunity and driving transparency on the work roadmap

- Monitor and measure launched initiatives [A/B testing] and feed learnings back into development process

- Manage multiple project priorities, deadlines and deliverables including rapid response as well as strategic priorities

- Identify the appropriate data sources and build data assets to be able to enrich our data and expand analytics capabilities

- Convert frequently asked questions into reports / diagnostic tools

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL SETS:

- Ability to work independently and drive your own projects

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Should be able to translate business problem to analytics

- Expertise in data wrangling using SQL, exposure to python is a plus

- Hands-on experience in using excel & power point

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Entrepreneurial mind-set, strong interpersonal skills

- Strong collaboration skills - inter and intra team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

- 8+ year of well-rounded analytics experience, preferably in internet B2C- Retail

- Strong exposure to data, analytical framework, hypothesis based problem solving and scaling analytics

- Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics
