We are looking for Lead Analyst - Sales & marketing position with a leading Corporate house as part of their Transformation journey. The key responsibility -
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Understand the expectations of senior leadership teams in terms of key metrics and business processes to review, their frequency and cadence
- Work with functional teams to design the right set of performance dashboards for reporting of business performance metrics
- For the identified metrics and dashboards, build the relevant data architecture and governance processes at functional level that allows for continuous and automatic updates
- Socialize dashboards and key insights with senior leadership teams, brief them before key reviews and prioritize business meetings for them based on dashboard indicators
- Create executive visualizations of dashboards for senior leadership and work with IT / MIS to ensure deployment on laptop/ mobile devices
- Build analytical algorithms / programs that track the metrics against annual operating plans and provide early warning indicators for deviations and need for course corrections
Continuous Business Improvement
- Translate business problems into analytics use cases (e.g. Reach Analysis, Pricing Analytics, etc)
- Conduct detailed data analytics to drive analytical use cases for continuous business performance improvement
- Formulate and define continuous improvement initiatives basis insights from data analytics in coordination with functional owners
- Present business implications of initiatives to functional owners and work closely with functional teams to drive implementation of initiatives
Governance & Review Cadence
- Define and follow a structured review cadence (weekly) with functional teams to discuss performance gaps and identify actions to drive improvement
- Ensure regular update meetings with senior leadership to update on business performance across key metrics & status of key initiatives across analytical use cases.
Minimum Experience: ~5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Consulting experience (stints on sales / GTM projects preferred)
- Advanced Analytics Roles (in companies like Mu Sigma, ZS Associates, EXL, Grail Research etc.)
- Strategy / Sales Transformation office roles in large corporations (e.g. Tata, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Engineering/CA/Bachelors in Mathematics, Statistics courses; preferably with an MBA
